Anti Wrinkle Cream Or Oranges?

by Tommy Engan

Anti wrinkle cream can be a wonderful companion in the fight against aging. However - and this is based on my own experience as well as vast research - if nourishing your outer appearance by using a good anti wrinkle cream is all you do to stay young, you’re fighting a losing battle.

Hi, my name is Tom. I have a wonderful secret to share with you. Albeit, a really, really simple secret. So simple, in fact, that you may deem it too simple to actually work when I tell you what it is.

I just turned 40. I look 25. No eye-wrinkles, no sagging anything - I look like I did 15 years ago. No kidding. I can’t go anywhere without getting carded, and when people check my ID, they just about have a heart attack. That, and they ask me what my secret is.

Is it good genes? No it’s not. My two sisters are my age, and they look ten to fifteen years older than me.

…ready for the secret then?

1. I take 1200-2000 milligrams of vitamin C (with bioflavonoids) and large doses of vitamin B (B 50 or Mega-stress will do) every day. I also enjoy eating oranges, which are rich in vitamin C.

If you google “Vitamin C anti aging”, you will find a well of information on the astounding anti-aging benefits of vitamin C.

Less known are the anti aging effects of vitamin B. I learned that secret over 10 years ago, when a 90 year old healer/kinesiologist/chiropractor told me to take vitamin B with every single meal (I usually eat 3-4 meals per day, and take half a vitamin B with each meal) to stay young. Vitamin B helps turn food into energy. Energy is needed for every single function in your body, including the regeneration of tissues like collagen, etc, that keeps you looking young.

You probably won’t find this information on vitamin B anywhere else, because the anti aging effect it has is indirect.

Are you getting this?

2. For years now, morning & night, I’ve been washing my face, followed by using a quality anti wrinkle cream.

…that’s it! I told you it was a simple secret. So simple that a lot of you will not take my advice and start using it. Your loss.

Please remember you will not see instant results from this (with the exception of the anti wrinkle cream, from which you should see results in about a month and a half). What you will be doing right off the get-go, is providing your body with stellar antioxidant support, as well as energy to regenerate and rebuild itself. As time ticks by and people start asking you what the secret to your youthful look is, it’ll be your turn to say: “it’s so simple that if I told you, you probably wouldn’t believe me”.

Don’t forget the part about using a quality anti wrinkle cream - in my experience it is equally important. Before you go buying one, please look out for anti wrinkle cream scams. There is a myriad of anti wrinkle creams out there, and most of them do not work! For great information about this, visit http://antiagingreviews.com

by Eddy Kong

It is because these diseases gain ability to develop dangerous problem with ovulation along with the menstruation irregularities. Sometimes there is not so much time between menstruation and ovulation for occurrence of conception with the infertility and hypothyroidism.

When it comes to conversion process of fertilized egg to nurtured egg while normal menstruation cycle, it takes about 13 to 15 days. Coping with Rosacea Skin Disorder

by Rachel Rae

Rosacea is a skin disorder that is often mistaken for severe acne or a sign of alcoholism. Some doctors believe it is a vascular problem at core. For people who have this disorder, it is very challenging. It is a chronic medical condition with no cure at this point. The symptoms are very real and can cause emotional pain and can be quite physically painful as well. However, many times the symptoms of rosacea can be managed.

What are the symptoms of rosacea? If you experience any of the following signs, you should consult a dermatologist right away. 1) Red or inflamed areas on the cheeks, forehead, nose, or chin 2) Visible blood vessels in the facial area 3) Pimples or bumpy areas on the face (other than whiteheads or blackheads) 4) Cheeks look flushed, but are not warm to touch (although sometimes is warm to the touch) 5) Watery eyes or irritated eyes in conjunction with the symptoms mentioned above 6) Thickening of the skin (occasionally) 7) Swelling of facial areas 8) Over time, the nose may appear extremely red and bulbous, especially in older men 9) Sometimes rosacea appears on the chest, scalp, ears, or neck

The cause of rosacea is not known, but many doctors feel the root is a vascular problem. It seems to show up in both women and men sometime between 20 and 40 years of age. Sometimes menopause in women seem to be a trigger for it’s onset, due to “hot flashes” associated with menopause.

First and foremost to cope with rosacea, see a dermatologist who has helped others with this skin disorder. Rosacea can go into remission if you are careful to adhere to the plan recommended by your doctor. There are several lifestyle changes that can be made to ensure that the flares of rosacea won’t occur as often or as severely. Limit your exposure to sun and wind. Try to keep stress levels at a low and make lifestyle changes accordingly to accommodate that. Avoid alcohol, hot drinks & spicy foods. If you enjoy a bath, use warm or cool water instead of really hot water. Try low-impact forms of exercise instead of high impact ones, which can bring on a prolonged facial flush. Try to exercise in cooler conditions or air conditioned rooms. Hot weather will worsen rosacea signs.

There are home remedies that seem to have helped some rosacea sufferers. Creams containing green tea, Chrysanthellum Indicum, Niacinamide (a form of vitamin B3), or Azelaic Acid have been reported to help reduce the appearance of blood vessels and red capillaries when applied topically.

For some rosacea sufferers hot drinks and spicy foods can trigger a flare. If you find that is true for you, it’s best to avoid such.

If your doctor doesn’t prescribe special facial cleansers or products, I have found the following helpful. Use a very mild facial cleaner such as Oil of Olay sensitive skin facial cloths or Dove’s version. Be very gentle while washing your face, no heavy scrubbing. Do not use abrasive scrubs or astringent type products. I like using for moisture Neutrogena’s oil free moisturizer, and sometimes use pure emu oil as well. Many anti aging products tend to cause flare-ups. For cosmetics I like natural mineral makeup. There are many good brands out there. Try to get a green color corrector type product as a base under foundation, green counteracts the red of the skin and helps camouflage it so it looks more natural.

Men should use an electric razor rather than a blade to shave each morning. Follow up with a fragrance-free moisturizer.

Rosacea can be a debilitating skin disorder, but it doesn’t have to be. With proper treatment and lifestyle adjustments, it can greatly help reduce symptoms.

So You Need A New Bra

by Tiffany Hart

me Great New Bras

Let?s face it ? a great bra is hard to find. When most women do finally discover that perfect bra, it is almost impossible to let go of it…even when it starts to lose its shape. If you are one of these gals, here are some bras that you will want to buy multiples of.

The La Perla Vintage bra may be quite pricey at $127 dollars, though you will love the support and contour that this bra exudes. This bra features a padded underwire (this wire will not cut your skin!), though it must be hand washed if you want to keep it looking great.

Next up is the Victoria?s Secret Ipex demi, which is easily affordable at $45. This bra is great for those that need a bit of a boost without an obvious bump. Though this bra is fantastic all around, the underwire is covered by a very thin layer of fabric, which may not be all that comfy.

The On Gossamer ?Bump It Up? bra came out awhile ago, but it still remains at the top of the support list. As the name suggests, this bra will certainly have those girls standing proud, but it won?t show any awkward lumps or lines (also, this bran comes in a fantastic array of colors, so buy two!).

Look for a bra that has decent stitching around the strap area, and also find one that has a lot of extra material around the underwire. There is nothing worse than a wire that consistently pokes into your flesh. Also, make sure that you are properly fitted for a bra prior to purchasing any one of them.

While you can get fitted for a bra one time, it is best to ask for a fitting at a few different points in your life. Not only is it important to ask for a fitting as your age increases, but it is also important to double check your size depending upon the designer that you are going with.

As with clothes, bra designers tend to make all of their items a bit differently. Thus, you may be a 32 C in a Victoria?s Secret bra, but this may not work too well when it comes to La Perla. If you are going to buy from a discount store, check the store?s return policy, or try the bran on in the store before buying.

All of the bras mentioned above should be in stores now, though you may have to head to those nicer department stores to find some of them. If you find the perfect bra that is just a bit out of your price range, go ahead and splurge ? after all, a great bra is a girl?s true best friend.
