Anti wrinkle cream can be a wonderful companion in the fight against aging. However - and this is based on my own experience as well as vast research - if nourishing your outer appearance by using a good anti wrinkle cream is all you do to stay young, you’re fighting a losing battle.
Hi, my name is Tom. I have a wonderful secret to share with you. Albeit, a really, really simple secret. So simple, in fact, that you may deem it too simple to actually work when I tell you what it is.
I just turned 40. I look 25. No eye-wrinkles, no sagging anything - I look like I did 15 years ago. No kidding. I can’t go anywhere without getting carded, and when people check my ID, they just about have a heart attack. That, and they ask me what my secret is.
Is it good genes? No it’s not. My two sisters are my age, and they look ten to fifteen years older than me.
…ready for the secret then?
1. I take 1200-2000 milligrams of vitamin C (with bioflavonoids) and large doses of vitamin B (B 50 or Mega-stress will do) every day. I also enjoy eating oranges, which are rich in vitamin C.
If you google “Vitamin C anti aging”, you will find a well of information on the astounding anti-aging benefits of vitamin C.
Less known are the anti aging effects of vitamin B. I learned that secret over 10 years ago, when a 90 year old healer/kinesiologist/chiropractor told me to take vitamin B with every single meal (I usually eat 3-4 meals per day, and take half a vitamin B with each meal) to stay young. Vitamin B helps turn food into energy. Energy is needed for every single function in your body, including the regeneration of tissues like collagen, etc, that keeps you looking young.
You probably won’t find this information on vitamin B anywhere else, because the anti aging effect it has is indirect.
Are you getting this?
2. For years now, morning & night, I’ve been washing my face, followed by using a quality anti wrinkle cream.
…that’s it! I told you it was a simple secret. So simple that a lot of you will not take my advice and start using it. Your loss.
Please remember you will not see instant results from this (with the exception of the anti wrinkle cream, from which you should see results in about a month and a half). What you will be doing right off the get-go, is providing your body with stellar antioxidant support, as well as energy to regenerate and rebuild itself. As time ticks by and people start asking you what the secret to your youthful look is, it’ll be your turn to say: “it’s so simple that if I told you, you probably wouldn’t believe me”.
Don’t forget the part about using a quality anti wrinkle cream - in my experience it is equally important. Before you go buying one, please look out for anti wrinkle cream scams. There is a myriad of anti wrinkle creams out there, and most of them do not work! For great information about this, visit http://antiagingreviews.com

Anti wrinkle cream is all the rage these days. Some are great, others are overpriced and not so great at all. If you’ve found one that works for you, that is wonderful. If not, make sure you do your homework - there are a LOT of scams out there.
Regardless, here is a simple recipe for making your own anti wrinkle cream. It’s actually more of a mask than a cream, but used regularly with the daily use of a high-quality anti aging cream, it can take years off your face. Plus it will make your face feel great! It is aptly named “Young Again”. Here’s the recipe:
* 2 teaspoons yogurt (plain) * 3 vitamin E capsules (equivalent to 300 units) * 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice * 1/2 teaspoon honey
Mix honey, lemon juice and yogurt. Once you have a creamy mix, prick open the vitamin E caps and squeeze contents into the cream. Wash/cleanse your face and dry off. Apply mask and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Use twice weekly.
Lastly, don’t be fooled by overhyped anti aging creams that just don’t work. Do your research first - visit http://antiagingreviews.com ”

Humans share a very important survival trait with camels - a trait that causes a lot of us to suffer from puffy eyes and dark under eye circles Try all you might to get rid of your puffy eyes/dark under eye circles, but until you learn and apply this information, you are spinning your wheels. The secret? The one trait camels unfortunately share with humans is - water retention. You see, when the body is dehydrated, it functions like a camel’s hump; storing water for the long trip across the desert. But instead of getting a camel’s hump, you’ll develop water reserves around your eyes, which can be seen as puffy eyes/dark under eye circles. In addition to storing water, toxins can also form under your eyes if you don’t drink enough water (that’s why you look slightly puffy eyed if you’ve been drinking the night before, as alcohol dehydrates). As time goes by, without your body receiving enough water, your eyes will start getting that “old” look. The solution? Keep yourself hydrated - drink water! As you do, your body doesn’t enter survival mode and won’t puff/darken up under your eyes. For a significant improvement in your skin, drink 8 or more 10-ounce glasses of water every day. It sounds easy - almost too good to be true; drink water and dramatically reduce puffy eyes/dark under eye circles - but it does work wonders. The thing is, most people aren’t disciplined enough to do this, so they never reap the great benefits it offers. They start off strong, but as the days and weeks go by, their dehydrating habits return, along with their puffy eyes/dark under eye circles. A wonderful solution is to use what I call rubberbanding. You buy a pack of rubber bands and a 20-ounce (standard size) water bottle at any grocery store. Every time you finish a bottle, wrap one rubber band around the empty bottle. Now fill it up again and repeat until your bottle has 4 rubber bands on it. That way, you’ll know that you have consumed exactly eight 10-ounce glasses of water in a day. The con? The bathroom will see a lot more of you:-). The pro? The person looking back at you in that bathroom mirror will be smiling a lot wider, as your puffy eyes/dark under eye circles start fading as the weeks go by.
